Who i am?
My name is Vitaly, i’m 39 and i’m from Russia. I was diagnosed with chronic pelvic pain syndrome. And I eventually found a care.
The idea to create this site arose after I realized that I did not want anyone in this world to be alone with this disease.
I know what you went through
My disease began, as most people do, with pain in the groin area, intensifying after orgasm, frequent urge to urinate. Analysis: no evident inflammatory processes (white blood cells in the secretion were within the normal range). The constant, debilitating pain was driving me crazy.
I unsuccessfully treated for about 2 years, was at 7 urologists in two major cities. The diagnosis they gave me was chronic pelvic pain syndrome of non-inflammatory type 3b.

On the photo is a large folder with the results of tests and diagnostics and doctors’ appointments.
Went through different treatments: antibiotics, alpha adrenoblockers, antidepressants, prostate massage, manual therapy, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, etc.
I know that many of you are confused, depressed, and in search of a long-awaited cure. I, in turn, will try to help you find that path and give you answers to your questions.
How did I find the method of treatment?
For the period of my disease I read a lot of medical articles, forums, studied the experience of many patients. I came to the unequivocal conclusion that the existing standards of treatment are not directed at the real cause of the disease. They are aimed only at relieving symptoms.
There is a way out
Studying various sites I searched for information on treatment which was different from the usual and ineffective approaches. And then one day, already almost disappointed, I got an appointment with an doctor who has a completely different view of the disease and uses non-standard methods of treatment. At the first visit, he explained what the cause of the pain was and how it could be treated.
The treatment method is described in detail in our Facebook group.
Chronic pelvic pain syndrome, abacterial, non-inflammatory type, is not just “chronic prostatitis”. It is a set of symptoms associated with inflammatory processes in the seminal tracts (seminal vesicles and seminal ducts), dysfunction of the seminal tracts.
Why am I sure this method really works?
1) I felt an improvement already after the first session. No other treatment had had such an effect before.
2) I communicated with other patients of my doctor with the same diagnosis. Some of them had tried all possible treatments, traveled to different countries (Germany, Italy, England, Greece, Israel, South Korea, etc.) for treatment, visited dozens of urologists. But nothing helped them except method this method.
3) Treatment method is already registered in the state scientific research institute of uroonephrology. It has been used and improved for many years.
Why don’t they treat this method in your country?
To date In Europe and the USA a UPOINT system (developed in 2009) is the only Diagnostic/Therapeutic that is used for the treatment of chronic pelvic pain syndrome.
The UPOINT system is used to clinically classify a patient’s symptoms into six broad categories (Urinary, Psychosocial, Organ-Specific, Infection, Neurological/Systemic, Tenderness) to facilitate therapy. Each domain is treated differently, mainly with the help of alpha blockers, antidepressants and psychologic or psychiatric counseling, quercetin, antibiotics, muscle relaxants, neuromodulating medications, myofascial release.
But in the vast majority of cases the treatment is not effective because it does not address the cause of the disease and only affects the symptoms, slightly reducing them.
How do I get treatment in my country?
In order for chronic pelvic pain syndrome treatment to be available in your country, existing protocol must be accepted by the Ministry of Health in your country. No doctor will treat you with a protocol that has not been approved by the relevant health authority (even if you come to it with a detailed description).
In order for the protocol to be recommended by the Ministry of Health in your country, we need to get the attention of doctors and researchers and get the method clinically tested and validated.
Why be proactive?
You cannot passively believe that some scientist in your country will make a breakthrough and save you.
The problem is that sometimes nobody knows anything at all and nothing is being done to change the situation, and sometimes medicine is outright wrong.
Help me help you!
I am looking for like-minded people, who want to help themselves and others who are ill, who want to defeat this disease once and for all.
With your help, I want to create an organization that will focus on disseminating existing and effective treatments, stimulating research in the field of cure, and implementing the methodology in the treatment protocols of the ministries of health in all countries.
